When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT +1) typically arrive in 8 to 12 business days. The process is split into two stages:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
    We finalize your order, perform quality checks, and package it for shipping.
  • Shipping Time: 7–9 Business Days
    The parcel is then handed to reliable couriers who ensure it reaches you swiftly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel at any time. More information can be found in our Shipping Policy

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently deliver to the United States only.

 No minimum spend required

My delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?

We apologise for any unexpected delays. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as:

  • seasonal demand

  • holidays

  • courier delays

  • customs checks

  • severe weather conditions

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days.

Still no delivery?

I would like to return an item. What should I do?

If you wish to return an item, please email us at  info@laurenboutique.com within 30 days of delivery to start the return process. More information can be found in our return and refund policy.

Our team will review your request and provide:

✔ the return instructions
✔ the return address
✔ information about your refund

Return requirements

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

  • with all original tags attached

Unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 30 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
