Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. There are associated costs with returns.

Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must include all necessary parts, components, and packaging exactly as the product was received.

  • Products must be in their original condition; damage due to careless handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • A return will be processed within 7 working days of receipt, provided all conditions are met.

Lauren Boutique reserves the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: info@laurenboutique.com

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • First and last name

    • Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
⚠️ Please do not send your return to the sender’s address; we will provide you with the correct return location.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if reported to our customer service team within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible as the order will already be in processing.

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may, however, return the goods once they are delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lauren Boutique) by a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete once we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that longer transit times may apply for returns, as all returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

Customs Fees

Return shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges applied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be covered or refunded by Lauren Boutique.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Kindly include photos as proof and a clear description of the issue.

If we determine that the fault lies with us, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.

Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received, excluding delivery costs (except where the customer paid for an alternative shipping method that was more expensive than our standard delivery).

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving notice of your withdrawal and receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this repayment.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
